  • Data Terminator (aka “DT”) is a leading and trusted provider in End-of-Life Data Destruction products and services.

  • As the Team expands – they are faced with operational bottlenecks in their data capturing process due to scale per customer, myriad of information to be captured and an expansive variety of devices to accommodate.

  • This has inhibit the team from accelerating pipeline growth, stunted growth and diminish team bandwidth to accommodate upskilling and up valuing of services.

  • Expansion plans are also hindered.

Activities

  • DT is a pioneer batch of the SGTech’s DT-SME Program which sees Consultants engage Participants to formulate a structured and pragmatic Digital Transformation journey thru the 3S Framework.

  • 8c8 Cloud ,with appointed consultant - Mr Khairul Fahmi Bam, worked with DT thru an extensive Workshop and 1-1 Consulting Sessions to produce a Transformation Roadmap based on his prioritization, budget, outcomes along with projected benefits and futureproofing.

  • An Agentic AI Project for Data Terminator is then created

 

Outcomes

  • Enterprise Transformation

    • Up to 75% of process robotize + Time taken for targeted process cut by at least 95%

    • Reduction in Cost of Goods Sold - At least 90% of manual effort removed + at least 95% error reduction

    • DTR is able to accommodate 2 x more customers at any time – expanding pipeline

    • Futureproofing

      • Solution has cognitive intelligence to accommodate brands not within DTR database – removing need for expensive reiterations.

      • Allow IP creation and business model transformation in latter plans

  • Workforce Transformation

    • DT has formed a Company Training Committee (“CTC”) with Tech Talent Assembly (“TTAB”) which is part of the CTC Grant support.

    • The DT CTC will look to roll out :

      • DT has committed to appoint a Champion whom will undergo rigorous application training to be the main Subject Matter Expert – adding a high value dimension to worker skillset.

      • At least 60% of workforce will be trained on use of the tool with company SOP being steered from Operational centric to more higher valued task to leverage on new found capabilities.

      • There are plans to leverage Redesign programs to reskill selected employees to convert from an operational to a product management skillset to allow for enterprise sales and business management.
