8c8 Cloud ,with appointed consultant - Mr Khairul Fahmi Bam, worked with DT thru an extensive Workshop and 1-1 Consulting Sessions to produce a Transformation Roadmap based on his prioritization, budget, outcomes along with projected benefits and futureproofing.

Workforce Transformation

DT has formed a Company Training Committee (“CTC”) with Tech Talent Assembly (“TTAB”) which is part of the CTC Grant support.

The DT CTC will look to roll out :

DT has committed to appoint a Champion whom will undergo rigorous application training to be the main Subject Matter Expert – adding a high value dimension to worker skillset.

At least 60% of workforce will be trained on use of the tool with company SOP being steered from Operational centric to more higher valued task to leverage on new found capabilities.

There are plans to leverage Redesign programs to reskill selected employees to convert from an operational to a product management skillset to allow for enterprise sales and business management.
